Shipping

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Delivery time: 2–5 business days (U.S.)
• Tracking is included on all orders

Packaging

Each order is shipped using a protective method designed to prevent damage:

• Slab sleeve or wrap
• Bubble mailer
• Reinforced outer box

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout unless a flat rate or promotion is applied.

Returns

All items sold are graded slabs and are listed accurately with clear photos.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged in transit
• The wrong item is received

If there is an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
